The Impression Mat is a perfect way to give the icing a wow factor. You simply lay the mat on top of the icing, gumpaste, chocolate, or fondant and apply rolling pressure with you rolling pin to achieve a great design. Impression mats can be cut to size, used either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste, they are flexible, strong and easy to wash. 
The mat measures - 305mm x 150mm (12 inches x 6 inches).
