More cost effective than many other brands out there. Requires less meringue powder to make a batch of royal icing. Smells and tastes great!  Makes fluffy, smooth royal icing.

Directions For Meringue:
Place 80g meringue powder into a bow, add 75 ml of warm water and mix until dissolved.  Place into mixer and whip on high speed for 5 - 6 minutes, add 30g of fine sugar while continuing to mix for an additional 1 minute. Note: meringue can be used without the additional sugar, depending your desired consistency. Yields enough for a 9-10' pie.
Directions for Royal Icing:
Mix 40g meringue powder with 575g sifted icing sugar. Place into mixer with the paddle attachment, and add 92 ml of warm water and mix until blended. Switch to high speed for 6 minutes, if the desired consistency is too dry add very small increments (drops) of additional water and continue to mix at medium speed until the desired consistency is reached. If the mix is too wet add small increments of icing sugar to re-adjust the desired consistency. 
Add water to thin the icing for flooding. 
Yields approx. 4 cups of Royal Icing
