The Genie UltiMat is great to use for cookie work, pie crusts, fondant work, airbrushing and more. This 20"x16" mat has measurement markings in BOTH inches and centimeters and is super easy to clean.
To clean your UltiMat, just use hot, soapy water and then rinse clean. Once it's dry, you can roll it up or just toss it in a drawer. It won't bend or get distorted.
The super shiny backing holds the mat in place while you use it. After you use it, you can simply roll it up and toss it into a drawer, it is so flexible it doesn't bend or get distorted!
However, it so handy, that you will want to leave one out on the counter all the time.
