They are safe for citrus-based foods and built to last, with no risk of rusting, peeling, or flaking. Temperature-rated up to 550° F (285° C), and are pressure cooker, air fryer, and freezer safe. For 8” or larger hemisphere cakes, use a Heating Rod for even heating (sold separately).
