The set includes eleven designs in various sizes, ranging from a cute baby to a romantic elderly couple.  The woman lifting the baby cutter measures approximately 3-3/4 inches tall (9-1/2 cm).
Patchwork Cutters are beautifully detailed shallow cutters that work best for embossing designs into rolled fondant icing or creating cut-out decorations using thinly rolled Mexican Paste or very firm gumpaste.  Mexican Paste works best for cut-outs.  These cutters are not designed to cut out cookie dough or rolled fondant.
