Saracino Modelling Paste RED - 250g

It is the ideal paste for modeling and creating three-dimensional decorations.

Thanks to the right balance of cocoa butter and sugars, it guarantees perfect results in any type of climate. It doesn't dry immediately, giving you time to correct imperfections. It is possible to work the decoration again even after some time

Pasta Model is resistant and elastic and can be shaped without breaking; once worked it maintains the desired shape.

It has a light and pleasant vanilla flavour.

The product appears firm and compact

It is suggested to manipulate it for a few minutes to obtain a soft consistency.

To speed up the softening process, the product can be placed in the microwave for a few seconds.

Shape as desired and leave to rest until the decoration hardens.

Place the decoration on the cake

The Pasta Model can also be used for covering cakes, creating flowers and other decorative motifs
